Kybella®

Deoxycholic acid is a molecule that naturally occurs in the body to help break down fats. Kybella’s active ingredient is a synthetic version of deoxycholic acid which, when injected into the fat deposit, gets rid of the unwanted fat cells forever. The product reduces these fat cells, which are then naturally shed by the body – with truly impressive results. Another great benefit of Kybella is that when these fat cells are destroyed, the deposits cannot return. This means that once you reach the appearance you want, there is no need to get further treatment. There is no need to be concerned about the loss of these fat cells; the body has plenty in other locations.

The time it takes to see results varies from person to person, mostly because every individual has a different profile and varying amounts of unwanted fat. Our treatment professionals can determine how many sessions will be required to achieve optimum results. Keep in mind that each Kybella treatment will be administered at least one month apart, with a maximum number of six treatments. After you receive your Kybella treatment, you may experience swelling, bruising, or numbness under your chin, but you can expect to return to your normal activities immediately.

• If you have difficulty swallowing
• If you have any bleeding problems
• Once your treatment begins, it will be administered by one of our professionals.
• You will receive small injections of the medication, which will take only about 15 to 20 minutes. The number of injections you receive will depend upon the amount of fat that has accumulated.
